  1. japorms is a terrible buyer do not sell to him. he bid on an item that i was selling and after the
auction informed me that he was not buying my item. his excuse was his wife bid on the wrong item
under his user id which is not supposed to be done by anyone including your wife. he did not offer
to repay the posting fee or anything so i left negative feedback. in turn he responds by leaving me
neg feedback and calls me a liar and a loser. later i looked at his feedback and realized this was
not the first time he had done this. so if you sell on ebay, sell to this guy at your own risk.

    thanks jason

  2. Yea, not only that, but he sniped out a legitimate bidder. Did you offer the unit to the next
    bidder? Just curious... Derek

  5. Jason, Sorry you had to get nailed like this. Often you can do more to deal with a bad bidder by
simply making the second chance offer, then filing a non-paying bidder complaint with ebay. Then you
don't have to get involved in the trading of negative feedback. Or pay to re-list. Ebay does
precious little to help sometimes, but these two legit avenues beat the alternatives. Best of luck
    in the future, Derek
