  1. I am in my 3rd week of recovery from bypass surgery and have developed a couple of very sensitive to
touch areas of skin. One area is in my chest just to the left of the incision. However, the worst
and most bothersome is the top of my left foot. It is so sensitive I can hardly touch the area. I
tried Ben-Gay but that didn't help. The veins for my bypass were taken from my right leg, so I can't
understand why I would have this sensitive area in my "left" foot. I keep hoping they will go away.
It's 3 weeks until my next doctor's appointment.

    Any experiences of this type?

    Thanks, Don

Sounds like you may have suffered a neurological event. Would suggest you contact either your
primary physician or cardiologist for a sooner than scheduled follow-up visit.
