I mean, the guy has bragged about his fast and reckless driving in the past, has an atrocious
driving record. This is completely a made up excuse!! Besides that, what grown person on insulin
wouldn't eat all day and would then drive?? That is about as irresponsible as it gets-- akin to
running a stop sign AND speeding AND being drunk. And didn't notice his low blood sugar because he
was angry at someone?? Come on, this person probably should not have been behind the wheel-- and not
due to his diabetes! His driving record is that poor.
In some rare cases, insulin could cause a rapid and completely unpredictable low. This is NOT one of
those cases. This *should* cause his complete driving record to come into evidence. I think only a
couple of the tickets can come into evidence now. (However, the whole jury pool knows his driving
record anyway).

and hit a motorcyclist because of low blood sugar."
