  1. Well, I am slowly moving over to better foods for reactive hypoglycemia. It
is amazing how different and better I feel when I eat precisely every 1-2
hours (depending on how much I ate) and split up carbs, even though its
still a lot of simple carbs. I can't imagine how much better I will feel
when the diet is right. Here's what I did today:

    2:30 12 peanuts, 2oz orange juice, 9 blackberries
3:30 fettuccine alfredo with broccoli and chicken, 25 raisinets
4:30 bologna and cheese sandwich, 2oz orange juice
5:30 1/32c sunflower seeds, blueberry muffin, 1oz orange juice, 6 peanuts, 9 blueberries
6:30 half bologna and cheese sandwich, 36 peanuts, 7 raspberries
7:00 half bologna and cheese sandwich, 3oz orange juice,
    8/32c sunflower seeds
9:30 blueberry muffin, 1/2 can spinach, 9 blueberries
10:00 12 peanuts, slice of cheese, 6 raspberries

I can't adjust the fettucine as it is a frozen dinner, but will eventually replace it. I will
eliminate the raisinets and orange juice when I have protein to replace calories. Until then, I am
increasing berries (up to half a serving) to replace the raisinets.. which will be slightly better
than raisinets, I assume. I am also slowly increasing the peanuts (to maybe two servings) and
sunflower seeds (to maybe one serving). I'll add veggies eventually (for a salad, most likely). I
want to buy some eggs and peanut butter to add to this. I still need to add about 120 calories to
    this (which eggs could do).

I notice I am slightly hungry soon after I finish eating (and I'm a slow eater), which I haven't
experienced in a long time.. I'm not sure why this is happening (decrease in simple carbs?) as I
would often go 3-4 hours without feeling hungry at all before. I wait to eat depending on how much I
had just eaten and it seems to work fine and I feel good, so I'm not starved.. this sensation is
    funny though.
