Tartar Sauce
Scroll down for another tartar sauce recipe and some other sauces for seafood and fish.
3 cups mayonnaise 8 pods garlic 1 teaspoon dry mustard -- heaping 1 dill pickles -- (6" long) 1
small onion Blend all ingredients in blender.
Tartar Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle 1 tablespoon chopped
drained capers 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Blend well; refrigerate and chill thoroughly. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of tartar sauce.
