  1. Champagne Fruit Cups

    1 can (8-1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained 1 small
    can Baker's Angel Flake Coconut 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows (optional)
    1/4 cup Orange Juice, Champagn or White Wine of Choice

    Marachine Cherries Lemon Slices Mint Sprigs (optional)

    Drain fruits well and combine, adding rest of ingredients except Champagn or wine. Toss lightly.
    Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Add Champagn or wine. Serve fruit in COLD
    FROSTED champagne glasses and garnish with maraschino cherries, lemon slices and mint sprigs. Use
    any fruits you like.

    Nita's Special Whipped Topping

    2/2 pint heavy whipping cream
    3/4 cup granulated sugar (add more if desired) 8 ounces Sour Cream

    Whip cream at low speed with electric beater or by hand. Don't overbeat or it will turn to butter.
    With wire whip, fold in the sugar, mixing well. Drain any water off the sour cream. Fold it into the
    whipped cream. Cover tightly and refrigerate. (Use as needed.)
