  1. This is an ABM recipe that I made on the dough cycle and then shaped and baked in a 375 degree oven
for 30 to 35 minutes. It came from Bread Machine Digest group.

    Olive Cheese Loaf

3 cups white bread flour 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. instant
yeast (I used regular bread machine yeast) 1 1/4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    3/4 cup small stuffed olives*

Place all ingredients (except those marked with a '*' which go in later) in your machine pan in the
order specified by your machines manufacturer. Select the Basic or White cycle and press start.
After the first 10 minutes of kneading check the dough, it should form a smooth round ball that when
touched with your finer is tacky. However, when you pull your finger away no dough should stick to
it. Make adjustments accordingly. If your recipe has any extras marked with and '*' then you need to
add them at your machines add ingredients beep or during the last 10 to 15 minutes of the final
kneading. If you wish to put everything in the pan at once, including the add-ins you can, but soft
items like raisin will be ground to a pulp and will not be whole.

I had to add a little more flour when I added the olives. I also used some Vidal Wheat Gluten. I
baked at 375 degrees in a 9x5" loaf pan for 30 to 35 minutes. It was very good and the olive flavor
    was unmistakable.
