  1. hello everyone,

    I try to sweet spot intervalls indoor on a trainer. I do 30 minutes sweet spot outdoor.
    My average watt was 200. My NP was 210.

    Putting in more power going uphill and less going downhill?

  2. This is totally normal. The neurological demands of riding uphill are just different, and most folks (myself included), find it much easier to generate more watts uphill.
