Hi,
Do beans cook well in a crockpot? Do you know of any resources that give guidelines for cooking? I
cook beans a lot, but was thinking of how convenient it would be to just throw them in the crock in
the morning and come home to cooked beans in the evening.
Whatcha think?

Our water is so hard and mineral laden that I have to use bottled water to soak and cook beans if I
expect them to be edible and tender.
