  1. I'm looking for a source for quava paste blocks. These are the blocks of guava jelly known used in
the LAtin-American snack called Romeu e Julieta in Brazilian. I first had it once in Costa Rica and
have been looking for the pase since. I'm also looking for a source for the sweet Maria crackers
used in the same snack. Unless someone knows of a source in the Iowa City area, I'm looking for an
    online source that delivers here.

    Thanks, Adam

If you feel like making your own here's a recipe. I've only made quince paste but the recipe works
    for guava paste as well.

I buy it at most any supermarket in town. Goya puts out a nice one in a long box, often found in the
mexican food section. Love it with cheddar cheese. Goomba

Do you have Cost Plus stores in the area? They carry Maria biscuits/crackers. Actually our local
Albertson's has them most of the time, too.
