  1. New to the forum. I'm looking for a good pair of lightweight rain pants. I have a 30" inseam and every pair I've tried is really way too long. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

  2. I'm surprised you can't find a pair with 30" inseam, there fairly common.

Here is a pair at a reasonable price: https://www.marmot.com/precip-pant/41240.html According to their size chart the XS will fit a 30" inseam, and their very reasonably priced.

If the pants are a bit baggy simply buy a pair of reflective ankle straps such as this: https://www.amazon.com/Reflective-Neoprene-Ankle-Bands-Pair/dp/B00L0H4GJ8
