Absolutely not, no way, not ever! First you're dealing with a very poorly made and thus very easy to defeat lock. Secondly the sound being emitted from such a small speaker would not be as loud as you think outside, of course inside against a hard surface where the sound can be amplified for the camera it sounds impressive, but again outside in the open it would be almost useless. Third, because the lock is so easily to break the lock would be left behind screaming while the thief simply rides away laughing in less than 10 seconds giving no time for anyone to catch him.
