Middleburn Cable Lubers question

  1. With all this wet and muddy riding I've been doing lately, I'm tired of stripping the bike down
    after each ride to lube up the inner cables of my mtb.

    Has anyone used the Middleburn cable luber thingy's? Can I use them on both the brake and gear
    cables? Have they effected you shifting at all?
