What is the longest time you have ridden non-stop rounded to the nearest hour. I have gotten all the way to 6h one time. I don't know if it is considered good or not. I was taking my time at going really slow so it was not too hard.

I rode once for 11 hours on a ride from Bakersfield Ca to Santa Barbara CA which was 158 miles I did get off the bike for 2 times for food and liquid replacement, and several times for peeing, but I was never off for more than 10 minutes at a time.

The longest time I've ever rode non-stop is perhaps 4h. It was across a highway road of around 50 miles, I was not riding alone and going at a moderate speed with some sprinting moments. After the 4h, we stopped to drink water and to relieve the kidneys.
