  1. Hi, I'm looking to buy my first full suspension mountain bike to take to the trails.
I have 2 bikes to choose from:

    2016 Scott Spark 960
    https://www.scott-sports.com/us/en/products/241325/SCOTT-Spark-960-Bike/#SPECS

    2016 Fuji Outland 29er 1.1
    http://www.fujibikes.com/bike/details/outland-29-11-#bk_desc_tab

Any recommendation? Thank you in advance!

  2. Both are very nice bikes, but based off of my experience I would go with the Fuji. It just feels like it's a better performer as well as quality wise.

  3. Wow that's a tough call. Both are great rides, very similar components too. Hydro's, decent drive train, both around 30lbs, good mid-level suspension but all from different manufacturers too.
You buy either of those bikes you will be happy.
I would honestly choose based on price and availability and any extras.
If you are buying online look for things like shipping costs and how much you will have to assemble yourself, and the reputation of the retailer.
If you're buying local look at price vs services. If you could get one with free tunes up for a year for the same price that's the deal maker.
    Good picks man!

  4. You can't go wrong as they both offer good 'bang for the buck.' You might want to consider things like which LBS do you want to support (assuming they are being sold from different shops) or what type of maintenance support they come with as Bikex4 recommended. If you're still on the fence...my vote is Scott. Why...it looks cool! 🙂
