road the 101 mile Tour de Palm Springs yesterday.
Left start in the dark, 52°, no wind. 70° at the finish.
Last 20 was toughest, my have pushed too hard on the front 75 miles.
Just under 8 hours
Able to ride back to the car & walk this morning
Ibuprofen is my friend :-)

Was fading at the end. Now I
Know more, I can train better for next time .
Was' t last, did pass a few , did ok for the over 60 crowd -
Gonna go for a 20 mile ride to get some soreness out of the legs today.
