Holy crapola! After all these years ridin I decided, rather casually, to check the blue box instead of the traditional black for this years cycling tights. . Yea, go ahead and sweat in these mothers. Leaves an impressionable design accenting all your best (or worst) qualities for all the grandma's in the 7-11's of this world. . But then again, it's kinda funny checkin out the shocked faces...hahahahahahaha😄

Bah, that's nothing: In 1981 I played bass in a quirky punk/glam band around Boston called The Vacuumheads, and for many of our shows I wore flourescent hot pink Spandex tights. Hanging out backstage at one of our shows, my roommate commented (to the woman who subsequently became my girlfriend) "I sure hope Bob wears his bass low enough to cover his pink bits."
She apparently replied "I've seen their show before. He doesn't."

Blue, I kind of like purple. The most shocking would be the overweight in bright red. No distraction there. The pic of what's his name doesn't look normal. Almost like a wild tail wagging. Lol Maybe he had too much viagra. Call your doctor if it starts wagging for 9 years.

In all my years of cycling, I've seen people wear all sorts of colored spandex shorts. Blue is a pretty respectable color and not a far cry from wearing black or dark grey. During the early 90's, some cyclists would dress themselves in some questionably loud colors. Fortunately, better taste seems to prevail in most cycling groups around my neck of the woods. People have toned it down quite a bit from those heady days.

Personally, it is most disturbing when I see the popular flesh colored spandex tights.
