How can it be that with an implanted DDDR pacemaker my cardiac frequency at night (only at night, for several consecutive hours) gets as low as 50-55 bpm hourly average, while my PM is set at 60/min? Is that normal, or should I worry?
Such apparently strange fact is evidenced on the outcome of a 24 hours ECG (Holter) I did two weeks ago, and my next appointment for cardio visit is set in february.

This confuses me. My dual chamber PM is set not to go below 60 or above 130 so I would be surprised if my heart rate did go below 60. I thought it couldn't when the PM is set like mine is. Diana PS going to clinic on Wednesday so I will ask.

It is not expected.

Would suggest that you ask for a sooner follow-up visit.
Humbly,
