  1. This is data from a 5.6-mile segment, with 1,322 feet of elevation gain (4% grade). My last two rides on this segment were comparable in time and avg bpm, but my actual and perceived efforts for those times has increased markedly (over 10bpm faster for same time). My last twelve weeks of training in time are as follows: 4:23, 9:03, 8:01, 3:41, 6:24, 3:50, 3:19, 3:59, 6:23, 6:11, 4:41, 2:46. My training hasn't changed much, but some variables are that it's colder, windier, rainier, more layering, more trainer riding with intervals, etc. Has anyone else experienced this? Thoughts? Thanks.

  2. Yep, you're training went stale. Too many efforts at high HR in FTP (30 minute) efforts.
