  1. I am sure someone else must have encountered this problem while touring, or just riding frequently. Over time, unwanted brown color appears on the anti-bacterial pad. The question is: How do you get rid of that while not ruining the sensitive fabric?

  2. I've never had an issue just throwing my bibs and shorts in the washing machine. Cold water, delicate cycle, hang dry.

    ^^^ This. If you're touring, and staying in a motel that doesn't have laundry facilities, wash them in the sink or tub with a mild detergent like Woolite, and air dry.
