anyone have this problem? seems like when the weather is 80 or above my feet and toes just burn like crazy on my 3-4-5 hour trainig rides. my shoes are 7 years old, so i was wonering if its new shoes i need? the shoes and cleats fit perfect , hate to part with something that fits and works so well, like my 15 year old seat. but if its normal to have burning feet/toes because the shoes get old, i'll gladly buy new ones.. i'm not sure why they burn. started burning about 3 years ago... thanks

It does not seem to be too urgent.Foot powder. New socks. New insoles. New shoes. If none of those work, reposition the cleats.
