Is it more a factor of the systolic pressure, the diastolic or a combined low pressure both?
Is there a point at which one should seek medical attention for a low reading on either one?
Any non-pharmaceutical causes to a drop in readings one day to the next?
(My readings today have been 110-130 over 62-68. A common number for me is 115-ish over 75-ish. I've been noticing the get-up-too-quick-head-rush on a number of occassions today. Pulse seems my usual resting 52-65.)

A few questions on orthostatic hypotension:
Is it more a factor of the systolic pressure, the diastolic or a combined low pressure both?
It is defined by a 20 point drop in systolic blood pressure with postural change from supine to standing upright.

Dehydration would be one.

You are not hypotensive according to the numbers you report.
