  1. Hope everyone's well.

I haven't posted here for a good month or two, but I've been reading most posts. Well done if you've
lost and good luck if you've been stalling recently - put it behind you and move on :o)

I've gone through quite a rough patch with my ME/CFS/CFIDS, so have not been able to exercise - not
even the short walks I was doing before :o( (Not been up to posting either because of it...)

Ah well, never mind. I did put on about half a stone (7 lbs), but I feel like I'm pretty much back
on track and I think I've lost a pound or two already. I'm still not exercising really, because I
want to get better (I think that's my first goal before weight loss and exercise!) - but I have
managed to stay *quite* OP! It's not completely OP, but for this time of year it's good enough.

I wanted to get back on track *before* Christmas to make sure that I don't completely let myself go
over the holiday and get back to my starting weight. I think it's best to get a hold on things as
    soon as you can.

Here's to a healthy and happy Christmas if you celebrate it! If not, I hope you're able to have a
nice break (and stay happy and healthy of course!)

    Ramblings over...

  2. Hi Laura, welcome back. Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. Hope you're better soon.

  3. Oh, laura; I know just what you mean! It's so hard when I can't exercise and only walk short
distances. I have FMS, which is similar to CFS as well as severe arthritis mainly in my back and
knees and a ruptured lumbar disk. So, I DO know what you're going through.

Have a nice Christmas and try to take it easy.

Great thinking. I put a bit on over my holiday, and was determined to lose at least a bit before
Christmas. I feel as if I've achieved something now and you do too by the sounds of it.

Have a great christmas, and I hope santa doesn't bring too many things to tempt you🙂

Thanks for the reply. FMS sounds awful - CFS is bad enough! :o( I did manage to take it fairly easy
over Christmas, although I did most of the driving because alcohol can affect me quite a bit when
