Bottom Bracket

Pretty much anywhere. Your Cervelo likely has a BSA or English (same thing) threaded bottom bracket, and every Dura Ace crank set will work with that. You did not specify, however, what group set and number of gears you have on your bike.

Pretty much any online or brick and mortar bike shop. Assuming you're talking about a relatively recent set of Dura Ace cranks (as in the past decade or so with the large 24mm hollow spindle built in to the cranks) you'll want something like this:

You'll want the English threaded versions. You can run any of the external cup Shimano or Shimano compatible bottom brackets with your Dura Ace cranks so you can save some cash by running Ultegra or 105 if you'd like.

FWIW. Since MY recollection is that 2003 is the year that the external Hollowtech II BBs superseded the Octalink BB & Crankset, if the OP has an Octalink (7700) crank & wants to replace like-with-like then his best bet is probably eBay ...

• At the end of the Octalink run, all the BBs were cartridge type, AFAIK ...
  

• So, the difference between a 105 Octalink BB & Ultegra Octalink BB & DA Octalink BB was probably mostly cosmetic with the latter two being a little lighter because I think the spindle in the 105 Octalink BB may not have been hollow.
  

BTW. I know someone who replaced the needle bearings in his DA Octalink cups with Cartridge bearings ... I should have asked him what the "size" was since it seemed like an interesting idea at the time ...

Obviously, the original DA Octalink BB can be cleaned & repacked ... the bearings are just held in plastic cages, so they are very vulnerable to finding a hiding place if you are not careful about your work space.
