This on the origin of the genetic code. I'm thinking now that a thermal cycle may just be enough
to start the code for the specific reason that the best suited base pairs AU and GC (which would
be selected for numerous reasons) have different Tm, melting points due to the fact that AU has 2
h-bonds and GC has 3. And 3 is slightly harder to melt than two ( and more so the more bonds
there are)
'Let's say you have two anti codons/ codons (from now on anti/co) Group A. has 3 bases of which 2
don't match and one is AU. Total h bonds of 3 = nothing, nothin, 2 = 2 total Group B. has 3 bases of
which 3 match and all are GC Total h bonds of 3 = 3 + 3 + 3 = 9 In a rising temp environment group A
will denature long before group B
Heat is rising in our heat cycle ( a cycle with wet/dry too). As it does it releases/denatures both
sets of tRNA's with attached amino acids but not at the same time. First it releases Group A because
it takes a lower temp to denature 2 h-bonds. Later it releases Group B because it takes a higher
temp to denature 9 h-bonds
Note Group A , or that specific coding of 2 h-bonds, is continually released at the same temp and in
the same environment An environment that is cooler and wetter than group B Thus Group A amino acids
will be selected in an environment that is cooler and wetter Group B amino acids will be selected in
an environemt that is hotter and dryer.
Thus Group A will select aa's that best fit that environment, an environment that is very different
from Group B And Group B will select aa's that best fit that hotter/dryer environment.
The two classes of aa's could gradually refine to all kinds of in between aa's best suited to in
between environments on the temp scale.
Thus if we can devise a way that the tRNA would both accept and release an AA on the other end - we
have a reason why the genetic code is tied into the AA that are released.

The main points of my hypothesis are:
1. How life began as a reaction to the sun/UV and the thermal cycle of hot-dry-sun/cold-wet-night.
Then continued as an energy moderator with modification through descent.
2. The Four Options and how they relate to thermodynamics, biological classification, the first
cell, modification on all levels, psychological behavior of individuals and groups, inner
conflicts and a therapy of resolving them, etc.
3. Model showing relationship between adaptation fitness and natural selection. How it supports
punctuated equilibrium and the 'slope and plateau' model etc.
