  1. Given the protein sequencing of an antigen (for example a virus/bacteria)... how do i predict which
part of the sequence is being used to DOCK/BIND onto the human chromosomes?

and given the sequence of the antigen which will DOCK/BIND onto the human chromosomes, how do i
predict which chromosomes and which part of the sequence does this antigen sequence DOCK/BIND?

keeping in mind i will be only analysing the sequences of both the antigens and human
    chromosomes only.

is there any articles or websites featuring antigens (virus/proteins/bacteria) with known binding
    sites on the human chromosomes?

    urgent thanks
