Looks, uh, interesting. What's all that yellow coating? Butter? Mustard? Some sauce concoction? Home brewed chain lube? Have to say I've never seen anything like it.

pineapples, mustard and horseradish
-
That's a lot of mustard.

That just got parked in a 250 oven for the next 3-4 hours until it reaches 130 in the middle, then it gets a mustard, horseradish, pineapple juice glaze..... The root, washed and cut up a bit. That small piece in the upper left will be planted in the garden in my horseradish patch, as it had shoots, and will grow.

Few tablespoons horseradish, few tablespoons mustard, and about 1/2 the juice from the can of pineapple, mixed together

Set that aside until later.....ham has hit about 130, so out it comes.....spread on some glaze, cover with pineapple slices, and then cover with the rest of the glaze.....

Wow, that's some ham Gungasim. Welcome to the site.
You should make little spokes for the pineapple "wheels" next time

The finished product looks good, though. You use that many cloves, though? Seems like you have a real confusion of tastes going on.
How does horseradish mix with the sweetness of the pineapple? I guess the proof is in the eating, though.

Maybe he smokes a lot. My uncle was like that, couldn't taste [censored] unless it was overpowered with flavors. -

No offense meant Gungasim.....sorry

Looks like a well balanced training meal. Combination of protein from the ham, carbs from the pineapple, and lots of spices to open the breathing passages.
I'll bet I could pull a steady 28 mph on the flats for an hour, after having that two hours before a ride.
Uh, maybe with a 20 mph tailwind.

I was recently invited to Passover dinner with my newly aquired family and they had some sort of apple sauce mix that goes on the matza along w/the horseradish. Seems antithetical but was very tasty. -
here's my chicken
