brought this home last night with brand new in in a box 2012 mavic ksyrium elites that i paid $400 for from another customer at the LBS. need to make some changes slamming the bar etc. weights in at 17.8lbs 58cm frame. i am going to change apex groupo to force with a hollow gram crank. got those on order, love this bike.

Have you had a bike fit done?
Yea I still have the specks from my previous bike. But if I need to make any changes I am going to see my fitter. and make any adjustments that needs to be make.

stem angle looks a bit extreme, you could go for a more racing like fit, imo

What was your previous bike?
went to my lbs today to my fitter and made some changes to the bike. Man this the fastest bike i have ever ridden. I am loving this bike, it rolls so smooth and effortless WOW![IMG]cyclingforums.com700Open ↗[/IMG]
my previous bike JAMIS VENTURA SPORT
well i rode my bike for the first time today since bringing it home a week are so ago. This thing files up the hill like it was on flats. and on the flats its just plain insane WOW! my JAMIS wasn't this fast and smooth and so easy to ride. I did 28mi today and when i got home it didn't even seem like i just did 28mi. Man i am loving this bike. I am going to take it in to the LBS and have them do some adjustments. it Started to have some shifting difficulties sometime [IMG]cyclingforums.com1000Open ↗[/IMG]
it did want to shift from the big ring to 34 chain ring. But they did let me know that ever thing would start to stretch out in my first ride. and would need to be be readjusted. So i am thinking thats whats going on here. Here is shot of the bike at the gas station on a snack break
