I was alone, in 5 years no crashing until this time.
Sorry for my english to explain it.
I was doing a good effort near 50 km/h and I change the gear for 1 less and I tried to start a sprint.
At moment of start the sprint , my gear didn't enter well and I lose the control and I had wounds on elbows, ass, hips, knees, hands and shoulders, apart from two broken ribs.

Your English is better than my Spanish. I took four years of Spanish in High School and two courses on my way thru college...MANY years ago!
