The UK is much more fun than the US press (and the Monty Python crew was much funnier than Saturday Night Live ever was). Example: in a recent article on Wiggins view of the details in the summary of the Armstrong case by USADA, check out how they start the article. Classic and classy. http://road.cc/content/news/68847-another-day-another-shock-cycling-bradley-wiggins-dodgy-haircut-disaster

he has a Beatle hair style now... this article gives everyone a little break and laughs over this very sorry matter, i liked how they make some fun out of Tygart in the conclusion lines,

nothing like a strong opening statement to hold the reader's nose to the paper. even though it shows the press' timidity when it comes to digging for the truth. dodgy haircut and not one question about the barber's name?
-
Wiggo's been on the [censored] (allegedly) since the end of the Olympic Games.
And by the looks of things so has his barber too.Good to see the reigning TDF champion make an emphatic statement on this case.

SKY Atlantic (TV Channel) did a 1.5 hour documentary on Wiggo tonight called "A Year in Yellow".
I've got to say it was a great documentary. Lots of footage from throughout the season from Paris-NIce to the Olympic Games.
Wiggo comes across very well : name checked guys like Robert Millar.
Showed him training in Tenerife, racing in LeTour, lots of interviews with his wife and mother. Some good stuff about his dad.Lot of respect for Shane Sutton - who lets face it is an odd ball (lives above a cycling shop in sarf London).

Annie Wiggins is a famous ghost from the city of Galena, Illinois who never actually existed, but who now spends her evenings telling people about the rich history of the city through the eyes of past residents. History comes naturally to Galena. It is a beautiful area where much has happened and where the people have much to be proud of.
