Next season I aim to race. I need to drop some weight though, I currently weigh 193 and 6'4. I want to be 170 by next season. Is that a healthy goal? If not, what is? To achieve this goal I need to change my eating habit and need motivation. What are some easy and healthy meals to throw together that can help me stay on track? Let me know what you guys think.
Much thanks,
Carter
