Does anyone know where the 1999 Bianchi Giro bicycle frame (including fork) was made in/country of manufacture? Thanks in advance for your time.

Probably Italy ...
Doesn't one of the decals on the frame indicate where it was made?
If you want to know the BB threading, it is probably English despite the Italian heritage.
Shimano Octalink BB shells are engraved --1.37x24 will indicate English threading & a left hand thread on the driveside.
