  1. Recently, I wanted to buy an exercise cycle and as normal there's many to choose from to confuse.

    However, having got four machines delivered from Argos in the UK, I kept the best one and sent the
    other three back. I'd recommend the Marcy Programmable Exercise cycle as found on page 1001 of the
    2003 Winter catalogue if your looking to keep fit or loose some weight.

    Excellent computer control facility on this model and a very smooth bike which is already a big hit
    with all the family who now use it daily. Don't bother with those cheap nasty things for sixty quid
    or so, this one's not cheap at £179 but well worth the money.

    A far better choice is an elliptical trainer. It's a more natural movement, less boring, and
    exercises more muscle groups. (Note that you're not sitting on anything with an elliptical.)
