    Hello I am new to the forum and recently started biking to stay in shape and for fun as well... I bought a used 1994 Cannondale M400 which is an awesome bike.... Image in Upgrade adviceand would like to upgrade the crank,brakes and shifters and would like some advice I am an auto shop owner and an experienced mechanic, but I don't know much about bike components. I basically want it to have the same feel as the frame does ..light, smooth and responsive any advice would be greatly appreciated ...thanks...
