Hi - I don't know if this is the right group but I am getting these symptoms and was wondering if someone can enlighten me.
My head at the moment feels congested. When I tilt my head I get this really painful sinus pressure. Sometimes it just happens randomly and I get this extremely painful headache/migraine.
I believe it may be allergy related because it's only there when I feel congested. It's the 4th time it's happened this year. Never had it before. Sometimes the pain is so intense at the slightest head movement. I've never had a migraine but there are times where I have to hold my head, close my eyes and I'll be there grimacing and waiting for it to pass. Takes 5-10 seconds. This doesn't fare well during business meetings or while driving! It feels like some sort of air pocket making it's way through the congestion.

I really suggest mentioning it to your doctor next time you're there.
