August Goals Thread

I lost 14# the past 3 weeks....does that count? LOL i am down to a spritely 6'3" 245#... And i guess my main goal would be 235 by the end of the month...not gonna be easy though with a full time job....

528 miles as of today and have a 40+ ride for tomorrow, so I want to try and make 600 miles now

I ended up with 601 miles but missed on the weight by 1.8 lbs.
