Basically in wanna get into cycling, i use to love cycling for miles on my old racer when i was 15 and now in 36 want to get my body back into shape after 6 years of leaving the army and having a good lazy few years.
I got a small budget and im looking at this one to start of http://uber cheap bikes r us
In a nutshell i have no idea about what all the spec is about type of shifters, cassetts, which bikes are lighter etc etc ( i know google has the answer for most needs).
i got a bit more £££ for other accessories like hat shoes, repair kits and such.
any info or pointers whats ok and what i might need to change would be a massive help
