Having recently damaged my heel and no longer able to go jogging, I am looking at taking up cycling as it seems a perfect way of keeping fit, out of the gym and in the fresh air.
The trouble is, I have no idea what sort of specs I should be looking at in a bike and have no idea how to determine which bike is better (apart from going on which is more expensive!)
This is one that has caught my eye - any good? Any 'better' ones you could suggest in the same price range?
