  1. to make this quick Im 20 yrs old, Diabetic type 2, and i visit the doctor every three months to
    monitor blood sugar levels. In my latest blood test i came back with a high potassium level presumed
    to be an error by my doctor. So we re-tested and once again it came back high. They are sending me
    on a 3rd test for confirmation but they are also

    never said anything about any connection with my diabetes or high potassium to HIV, anyone have an
    idea why he would be testing me for this ? its freakin me out.

  2. That is odd that your doc is testing you for hiv. I dunno of any connection between diabetes or high
    potassium. It is simply a virus that is contacted

    So unless you are active in the above, I wouldn't be freakin out.

    A friend of mine went in for blood infection from a tooth canal. They thought he might have
    diabetes. They ran such tests and even an hiv test there on the spot. Strange but I guess
    standard...
