  1. Hello,

For one year, whenever I eat something and a bit w/ excess or sometimes only by eating a little of a
certain food, I have the following symptoms:

    1)My day continues normally
2)At night around 3am, I wake up w/ terrible pain at the right side of my chest. If the heart is on
the right side then the pain is located almost there.
3)This pain continues and I suffer very little pain in my stomach but only on that right side, that
prevents me from sleeping or breathing correctly cause I feel this pain varies as I breath in/out
4)After I get so tired while flipping in the bed from the pain, I eventually hardly fall to sleep
till the next day and all goes fine thereafter.

Sometimes not before I vomit or belch alot till the pain goes a bit faster.

It is happening frequently now, and I don't dare to eat anything especially meat products or lots of
    non-vegetable rich plates.

Any ideas about this pain in the right chest side?

This fear is driving me to do lots of juice diet and/or fasting diet.
