  1. what is ther on the market that is non custom so off the rack i take a 54cm square or who builds a good frame prob go for alloy I use carbon on the road and that is wicked my merida Gross venus C7 complete record so yer what can i get that with be good for track ridding strong and easy moving

    Also note that if your road bike is 54cm x 54cm, your track bike ought not be. The geometry is much much different on a true track frame.

    You'll probably be wanting to look for something in the 52 cm square range

  4. no 52cm square is to small i could even go for a 55cm
