Commuting from Revesby to Surry Hills

Hi I am writing to seek advice on commuting to work from Revesby to Surry Hills and back. Does anyone here commute to the city from Revesby or the surrounding areas? It looks like the M5 is the obvious way to go. But once I am spat out of the M5 at Bexley, what advice do you have on the way to go from there onwards? Thank you F
