  1. 1) I am finding the lateral stiffness of the wheels on my bike is just not cutting it (I have a Trek Alpha 1.1 entry level bike) and I have been looking around, I came across the ROL web sit and am interested in the ROL Race SL's... any opinions?

    2) I got a new set of rollers and have been riding on them (been very rainy and humid here in Florida) I'm trying to get my Garmin edge and different software programs to recognize the data correctly and analyze my ride (I am including the data from heart rate, cadence and speed via the cadence/speed sensor for the Gamin) what software do you use and why?

    Thanks

    Dave

I know nothing about the wheels themselves but I can tell you that a good pair of lightweight wheels are the best upgrade you can do and can serve you well when/if you ever get another bike so they are a good investment. But I have no direct experience with those particular wheels.

I acquire my Garmin500 data in the Garmin Data Center and upload to Garmin Connect. You might be interested in viewing your data on a video and look at http://sites.google.com/site/verymadmart/cyclecam if you haven't seen it. I heard good things about http://home.trainingpeaks.com/ if I recall correctly but again, I've had no direct experience. I just use Garmin Connect for my simple needs.
    Thanks
