After a couple of weeks of being back on program I'm still doing good. I have gained back the 2lbs I lost but that is due to TOM being in town and hopefully will lose it again when it goes away. I have been good with my choices while I have had TOM normally I would give in and eat whatever is in site. But not this time. I think that it is also because I have not been feeling well the last couple of days. I fought with a migranine headache all last night till earlier this morning and then my stomach was upset. Head ache is gone but stomach is still a little upset hope it will go away soon, I start my holidays 7 Monday morning and want to be able to enjoy them. My work was nice enough to give me a week off even thought I have only been with them for just over a month. So I start work tomorrow night at 11 and go till 7 then am on holidays. Can't remember if I mentioned in an earlier post but I work mid nights at a Tim Hortons here where I am from. Anyway , hope everyone has had a good weekend. And have an even better christmas. I am hoping that TOM will be gone verry soon and I can weigh in before I go out of town. I will let you know how things have gone before I leave.
