Good luck. The beauty of WW is that you can start over at any time. No need to wait until Monday to do it. Just eat healthy, journal and of course drink your water. Start slow. Take one day a time like you did when you first started WW. Renew your goals that got you motivated to lose the weight before. Hang in there. You can do it.

I haven't really done the low carb. More like lower carb/higher protein. I still have my golean cereal for breakfast but I stopped having a sandwich for lunch. I don't have time to prepare eggs for breakfast most days which is why I have cereal. I now have chicken or beef pieces with a salad & yogart for lunch. Dinner is usually meat/chicken/pork with green veggies. I have a golean crunch bar for more protein as a snack at night. I like my carbs too much to eliminate them but increasing your protein whereever possible is a good alternative.
The key is do what ever you feel good about and can continue doing for the rest of your life. If eliminating carbs is only temporary then why bother? Most people put back all of the weight when they start eating carbs. I doubt you want that to happen to you.
