  1. Hi Fellow Losers! Again the scale says the same. This coming week should be a losing week as I've
got a couple of evening meetings so will be unable to snack, plus there's the power Christmas
shopping for added exercise. Think the mother-in-law's butter [censored] jammed up the scale's mechanism
this week! (Boy, they were good). Good luck and happiness to all this week. Julie

  2. I do not feel sorry for you (evil grin) - I love butter [censored] and every once in a while I do have
them even though I know the scale will not like me that week
    - but it's worth it ;-D Wish you luck this week. Elaine K

    fa*t?

  4. A maintain is better than a gain Julie. Congratulations on that! Butter [censored] are one of my
favorites too. I made them last year, but I'm not going to this year. My MIL makes mincemeat [censored],
but they are mostly pastry and I'm not much of a pastry fan, so don't have to worry about eating too
    many of those!

  6. You know the mantra: maintaining is better than gaining. And next week already has the earmarks of a
loss. In the meantime, make sure the butter [censored] are cleared out of the scale.

  10. I'm the Julie(B) that's on maintenance (or what passes for maintenance

And while I'm here, a maintain is better than a gain Julie, especially when there are butter [censored]
involved (not quite sure what a butter [censored] is, but it can't be good for you!).
