I got a ton of great advice from people on here and also took my bike into another bike shop. From what I understand, all of my components will absolutely transfer to new frame (regular BB, not OSBB). I have been doing some research and seem to think the OSBB would be doable, with maybe having to replace crank? Anyways, the second LBS I went to said I couldn't do OSBB because I have a 9-speed (Dura-Ace. About 10 years old). Thought I would ask you guys since you all are very knowledgeable. Is OSBB completely out of the question or is it possible? Only reason I am looking at this specific frame is because they offer about twice as many colors as the regular BB frame. Since I will have this frame for a long time, it would be nice to know if OSBB is an option or not. And I am NOT selling my Masi frame. Gonna keep that for a long time! Thanks.
