Here's a "report" about the effect of cycling on sperm production.

Sounds to me like the facts aren't clear.
You really should speak to someone in the medical field. Sperm quantity and motility can be measured.

Hello 🙂
Sorry to barge in but i was hoping that some of you would just take a moment to answer my poll because it would help me a great deal.
I am looking at having to have IVF to have children because my husband has an extremely poor semen result and the doctor doesn't seem to be able to understand why because his lifestyle is ok, he doesn't drink or smoke at all, etc etc
He didn't have many real life friends and he didn't get anywhere near enough exercise but then about 8 month ago he started going cycling and that all changed.
Now his father has commented in a report that 5 hours of cycling can all but kill off all his ssperm cells and now he's talking about stopping cycling - which i do appreciate but i want him to go because i think it is very good for him. It would be a shame if he had to stop.
He does have one of those special seats that is supposed to reduce any risk too.
I was just wondering if you had any knowledge or experience about the effect of your cycling on your sperm cells?
I'll make a poll too to keep it secret 🙂 It is assuming that you are in good health and cycle regularly.
Thanks a lot!

Hello Louise
Well i started cicling about 1 year ago and have that problem about 8 years ago.
This is concerning with a lots of things and not refered to a simple bike, and i sure you that it helps fisicly, mind and well being of a man or a woman.
I can´t get a child at this moment and now i did it wiht medical assistance with my wife.
This is not a big head trouble because first off all we both need to be happy and enjoy all of our lifes.
Anyway we love kids and hope next year became father.
Let your husband get a bikelife oyu know there´s a lot od professional ciclist and they have children, some doctors refered that with a cyling professional life it could affect your sperm but in few cases in increased with a lots of others factors.
Go to see a medical specialist doctor and let they know and tell you if this is bad for your case ok?don´t focus in that way "sperm-bike hours"ok?
Sorry about my english but as a portuguese i tried to explain as good as i know.
Best for your and hope next year to have results.
