I'm using the Atkins approach plus I'm using Phentermine to help out. It's been working great so
far. I can't believe the wide range of prices for the phentermine. I was getting it from a local
doctor but that amounted to nearly $200 after the visit. The web, for the most part, sells it for
$69-$99 for a 30 day supply. Then I did a search with the term "phentermine for less" and I found a
few sites selling it for $44, even had a 90 day supply for $90 which I jumped at.Anyway, the Atkins approach seems to fit me very well as I can't stand salad diets or the like, I'm
always hungry. Now I have my eggs and sausage in the morning, a Bubba burger with cheese for lunch
(no bun of course), and a Steak for dinner with a cup of green beans and I'm actually losing 1/2 lb
per day. I'm really happy with this diet. I take the phentermine to help with any cravings for
between meal snacks and those carbs. I bought the
37.5mg 90 day supply for $90 and split the tablet into 3 pieces. I take 1 piece when I wake up, I
take another about an hour before supper and I'm good for the rest of the night. So this 90 day
supply is going to last me a long time. Any thoughts?SlimmerThanYesterday

Oh yeah, lots of thoughts. You don't want to hear em though. I did try what you are, for a while
some years ago. It Does seem to work really well at first, or it did for me, at first. Check in with
us in a few months, okay?Lesanne, who is 205 pound lighter than her highest weight, and about 20 of that was lost on
Atkins somewhere in there. The rest on a sensible diet that includes every food I can think of or
might desire."slimmerthanyesterday" <[email hidden]> wrote in message
