The amount of effort required to get a BBA or MBA these days is laughable. You'd probably learn so much more from starting your own business, failing miserably, learning from those mistakes, and repeating the cycle until you reach a sustainable model, since of course, entrepreneurship leads to innovation and drives the economy. On paper of course, for the reasons kdelong stated above the plan would not be feasible at all. The machines provide a solution to a problem that's easily fixable - the target consumer could just bring his food with him ahead of time to avoid the ripoff of going to a vending machine.
How about this problem? The composites market is currently strained due to increased demand from airliners for the production of aircraft such as the Dreamliner, causing the market price for carbon fiber to soar - dramatically increasing the cost of our composite bicycles over the past few years - it's not uncommon to see the top-end models retail for over $10,000. So, how can you help bicycle manufacturers deal with rising input costs? Companies like Cannondale and Trek used to pride themselves on building their own bikes in the U.S.A., but have now offshored frame production overseas to China/Taiwan. How can you help them retain their customers? Will the customers remain loyal to these brands? Offshoring has given Chinese firms the knowhow to efficiently mass produce carbon frames. How can you help longstanding firms like Trek compete? Lots of projects here.
Since MBA's these days cost around $50k per year - at least they did at the school I went to, maybe you should use that investment to solve bigger problems and help consumers save way more money than that little vending machine project of yours (vending machines would actually decrease consumer saving by the way).
